Level-1 Protein

This is my go to protein for everything with baking pancakes, waffles, bread, muffins and of course my protein coffee! This protein is low temperature processed so the protein is less damaged when being made. Level-1 digests more slowly, very similar to how food digests! The flavor is amazing and the texture is not gritty or clumpy like many I used to have in the past! I use this daily in my morning coffee paired with collagen!

Post Workout Stack

This post workout recovery stack has been a game changer in my results, recovery and tastes amazing!! I look forward to this after every workout! I recommend the post workout stack to anyone that does weight resistance training! The phormula-1 (fast digesting protein) and ignition (fast digesting carb) must be paired together so the ignition can replenish the glycogen (energy) depleted after a workout, while the phormula-1 protein can then shuttle to the muscles-repairing the micro trauma tears from the workout! Mix this with water only because the quicker the digestion, the more quickly our bodies get back to a fat burning state!

Collagen is beneficial to your hair, skin, nails, bone, joints and so much more with supportive nutrition. This collagen has dermaval which is so helpful for skin elasticity and anti-aging! I love mixing this in my morning coffee, but you can mix it with anything!
